About Me

My photo
I am 44. I am married to the love of my life. Together we have two beautiful young adults who bring me joy everyday. In 2015 we added another beautiful young adult to our house, our niece, and she has been a great joy! Secretly, I'm counting the years till grandbabies start coming; they just need to find their forever loves first.

Pokemon "Mew" Look-Alike

We'll start with a few pictures. You'll notice that I sewed Mew's legs on crooked. When you are making him, you want to line his legs up under his cheeks better than I did! The only other thing I noticed is that his head is a little "taller" than the real Mew's head is.

Hey! I'm using this pattern for the first time, and it's coming out great! You may want to make a correction to line 36 in the body; it should read (sc in 2, 2sc in next) around. Otherwise, it's been a lot of fun and easy to follow! Youi can see my progress on Ravelry - I'm hamstergal.

Thanks!

Hey Biz,

I used your pattern for a birthday gift for my five-year-old niece. It was a little difficult at first (seeing as how I had to translate the pattern into German first) - but it turned out great. I even added some dreadlocks and a mouth to make it more unique (she doesn't even know what pokemon is, so no harm done there). And now the poor thing is called "Uta" and gets to sleep in her bed every night.
So thanks for the pattern and keep up the good work

Christiane
