About Me

My photo
I am 45. I am married to the love of my life. Together we have two beautiful young adults who bring me joy everyday. In 2015 we added another beautiful young adult to our house, our niece, and she has been a great joy! Secretly, I'm counting the years till grandbabies start coming; they just need to find their forever loves first.

CONNECTED TRIPLE FLOWER:
With F hook and sport weight yarn (larger hooks and yarn just make bigger flowers)
Flower 1: ch4, join to make a circle, (ch2, 2dc in circle, ch2, sl st in circle- Petal Made) make a total of 5 petals. Do not cut or detach the yarn in any way.
Flower 2: ch4, join to make a circle, **when you join the circle, it’s going to feel like the first flower is in the way, just keep turning your flower until the circle is facing you the right way and work into it** Make 5 petals in the circle.
Flower 3: repeat Flower 2.

This will come out in a bit of a “clump”. It can either be left in a bunch when you sew it to the hat, or straightened out like the original picture shows. You can also keep going and create a flower border. It’s up to you.
