Lacy White Dress

Here's another modified Amazing Crochet( www.amazingcrochet.com) pattern. I made it just cuz I can. And I needed to make some summer things to sell in my store.

Pink Ladybug Set

Pink Ladybug Set for my husband's cousin's new baby girl. She is actually edging closer to 3 months old right now, but we all know I'm a slacker. This set is supposed to fit 3-6 months. When I made it, it just seemed big. But it's been 10 years since I had an infant to dress everyday, so I have proportion distortion. :) I hope they like it.
It's not my pattern. A lady named Ning designed it. You can find the pattern for sale (reasonably priced) at: http://www.amazingcrochet.com/outfits.html She's got some really neat and innovative ideas. Jewelry, women's, babies....

Cowboy Hat and Boots

Cowboy Hat and Boots for Kody's(nephew) Birthday. He's really into cowboys and horses right now. He'll be 4 the 26th of March. Same day my niece on the other side of the family turns 8 or 9. I guess I need to nail down her age one of these times.
This set was made with Caron Wintuk in Christmas Red and black and white. It took two skeins for the set. Then I used a miscellaneous gray for the spurs.
This is not my own pattern. Got it out of "Too Cute Crochet for Baby's and Toddlers" , but I may as well have written it, cuz I practically had to rewrite the pattern to get it to turn out right. I don't know how companies let errors like that go through. Did they edit it at all??

Blue Set

This is the "Blue Set". The mittens look like they could be furry puppets when they are on your hands. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the way it turned out.

March Charity Crochet

Hat and mittens made with "Bernat Softee Chunky" in White and "Eyelash" in Sultry

Scarf knitted with #15 needles and one skein "Red Heart Bright and Lofty" in Jellybean.

This "Rainbow Set" is the first completed set that I made for the Crochetville Charity Blitz Drive. I have a pretty Sage set in the works, just have to finish the hat. Once that's done I'll post the pic for that too.

This months charity blitz receiver is:

These are the addresses in case you choose to help. They are taking Hats/Mittens/Scarves for troubled or disadvantaged teenagers. They are given to them as Christmas presents.
With that thought in mind, I decided that each set that I make has to be something special. Not just the run of the mill acrylic yarns. They need to be worthy of being called a present.
Call me a snob, but it means something to me.

Stash and what I'm doing about it....

Let me take you on a tour through my house so you can see my insane amount of yarn.

Stash Buster #3 in progress....but lets take a tour of the STASH, shall we???

.....Here we have baby yarn stash....

...And a smaller basket of stash....

...Then the bags of inherited and gifted stash....

....Another smaller tote of stash....

....A shoe box size tote of stash.....

....Reduced stash from the previous two full size totes (which are now two scrap-ghans.)......

....And FINALLY the garbage bag of donated stash which is already almost half what it was due to lots of slippers made for charity a couple of months ago.

I think I have about one or two more stash busting afghans left in all of that don't you?!?
