Pattern:
Round 1: MR, 16 dc in ring, join. (16dc)
Round 2: (ch3, sk 1, sl st in next dc) around, join with sl
st to first ch. (8 ch-3 sp)
Round 3: sl st into ch-3 sp, ch2 (counts as hdc), 5hdc in
ch-3 sp, 6hdc in remaining ch-3 sp, join with sl st to first hdc. (48 hdc)
Round 4: sl st in 2 hdc, ch1, sc in same sp, sc in next sp,
(ch4, sk4, sc in next 2 hdc) around, join with sl st to first sc. (16sc, 8 ch-4
